History of Oh!
History of Oh! Orgasmic Wine
In 2006, we embarked on a mission to produce the best wines we could possibly make. Our goal is to have each sip of Orgasmic wine create a spontaneous expression of “Oh!” We start every Oh wine with perfect fruit and then we do our best to stay true to the individual varietal. We source from select growers and then blend vineyard sites to achieve the perfect balance of fruit, acidity, alcohol and tannins to create a sublime harmony that is Orgasmic. With these lofty goals we know that not every harvest will produce fruit of this premium quality, therefore, we forego yearly vintages and only bottle wines that are truly Orgasmic.
The grapes for our red varietals (Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Tempranillo and Zinfandel) are orgasmically grown in the hot and dry Applegate and Columbia Valley regions of Oregon and Washington respectively. While our other varietals (Albariňo, Pinot Blanc and Riesling) benefit from the cool pacific marine layers of the Willamette and Illinois Valley's to produce subtle and complex wines.
